359 Fit: A Brief Introduction
We have everything at our gym that you need to improve your body. Here are some common goals of our clients:

Everybody is different. That is why we meet up front with all potential clients to see if we're a good fit for each other.
Our clients range in age from 18 to 85. Some of our clients have lost as much as 80 pounds. Others have put on 25 pounds of muscle. Many have doubled their strength!
The members of our gym are warm and friendly. Our setting is more private than most gyms, which really helps to make people feel comfortable.
